What will it cost me to invest in an Executive Care franchise?

Executive Care estimates your initial investment will range between $99,650 and $161,900 which includes your franchise fee, recommended operating capital, and other startup costs. The investment cost is based on varying factors. We highly recommend having an additional $45,000 to $68,000 in working capital which is included in the initial investment range. Executive Care proudly participates in the International Franchise Association’s (IFA) VetFran program by offering veterans a 20% discount on the initial territory fee.

Second territories franchise fees are reduced to $35,900 and Third territories are reduced to $29,500.

How does Executive Care determine the territory where I will operate?

Executive Care’s exclusive territories are not pre-set, but are developed collaboratively with you. Our franchise development team will work with you using state-of-the-art demographics tools to build the market area. Your territory will be comprised of contiguous zip codes with healthy household incomes and population of 500,000 people.

What types of training and support will I receive?

The Executive Care Team takes an individual approach to training and support to meet your individual needs. We provide initial training, opening support, on-going support, on-site visits, along with marketing and sales assistance. Executive Care’s proven training program is conducted both in the classroom and an operating Executive Care office. This allows for a practical and hands-on experience.

How do I manage back-office operations such as payroll, billing and scheduling?

Our robust technology platform covers all aspects of the Executive Care business. Franchisees will possess a key advantage in scheduling, time and attendance, billing, payroll, and client care portal. We provide billing and payroll support for all franchisees so they can concentrate on building their business.
