Executive Care Set to Open First of Three Phoenix Offices
With an aging population that requires help with daily activities or with managing health, in-home care has become a popular solution. Looking to help manage the rising demand for such services, Executive Care, one of the nation’s leading providers of skilled home health care, is set to open its first Phoenix office.
Slated to open December 1, the new business will be located at 8155 E. Indian Bend Road, Suite 107, in Scottsdale and will service East Maricopa County. It will also be the first of three offices Arthur and Dede Socha are committed to opening in the area. The husband and wife team expect to open the other two offices in Sun City and Glendale.

Prior to teaming up with Executive Care, Arthur worked as an executive in financial services for a Fortune 100 company. Dede comes with 20 years of home healthcare experience and a clinical background in physical therapy. Both have had first-hand experience caring for aging parents which naturally led them into the healthcare industry. Both have passions for helping others as Arthur serves as an advisor on the Valley of the Sun United Way board, and Dede helps others get better in her physical therapy practice. Wanting to create positive change, Arthur and Dede have both transitioned to Executive Home Care full time.
Founded in 2004, Executive Care offers a variety of caregiving and skilled nursing services to help families often overwhelmed with the responsibility of providing care to a loved one – all while ensuring the patient remains in the comfort of his or her own home. Services range from companionship and help with meal preparation and household chores to help with bathing, personal hygiene and personal care. Executive Care also serves individuals recovering from illness, injury or surgery.
To guarantee the highest quality, Executive Care requires all prospective caregivers to undergo an intensive pre-employment screening process, including a criminal background investigation, verification of references and an employment history check. All caregivers are insured, experienced and undergo skills tests and continuing education training. Registered nurses closely supervise and monitor all staff, conducting periodic evaluation assessments.

To further augment the company’s growth, Leonard estimates the Phoenix market can hold three additional offices and is seeking franchise partners who have a passion for health and helping others to assist in developing additional offices.
Including a franchise fee (for a territory with a population of 500,000 residents) of $44,900, initial investment to own and operate an Executive Care office ranges between $99,650 and $169,900. The franchise fee for a second territory is reduced to $35,900 and $29,500 for a third territory.
